From Miami International Airport (MIA): Exit airport via Exit 2 to N.W. 37th Avenue / Douglas Road. Go South on N.W. 37th Avenue to State Road 836 East. Take S.R. 836 east four miles to right-side exit to I-95 South to Downtown. Go to Exit 2A (Biscayne Boulevard).

From I-95, Exit 2A: From the ramp, cross S.E. 2nd Avenue onto S.E. 3rd Street and pass S.E. 3rd Avenue. Stay left. Make a left onto Biscayne Boulevard and another left onto S.E. 2nd Street. Enter parking tower’s north driveway on left side near U.S. Post Office.

From Biscayne Boulevard: Drive south to S.E. 2nd Street and follow bend to right. Take the first driveway on the left into the parking tower – before U.S. Post Office.

Parking: Pick up ticket at the gate on the fourth floor of the parking garage, then park. Go take parking elevators to the Lobby Level. Cross the skywalk to the Plaza Level of the main tower. Be prepared to show a picture identification. Go to the 33rd floor.

Metro Rail: Ride to Government Center ($1.50) then transfer to MetroMover (free), then ride 5 minutes to Biscayne Boulevard station.

By Taxi: From Miami Airport: 15 minutes, about $25.

Deliveries: Please check in at reception area on 3rd floor of parking annex. Couriers go to main lobby.
