The countdown to SXSW is finally over - Knight Foundation is heading to Austin, Texas! We are looking forward to meeting up with grantees, attending inspiring sessions, making nehttp://www.philanthrogeek.com/crowdfunding/foundations-come-to-sxsw-to-support-projects-watch-new-trends-emerge/w friends and yes even eating some of that famous Texas BBQ.

Knight Foundation & Texas Tribune OpenGov Happy Hour

Stop by for drinks and snacks with Knight Foundation and The Texas Tribune and find out more about the News Challenge on Open Gov.

Michael Maness and Knight staff will be on hand to answer questions about the challenge. Tribune Editor-In-Chief and CEO Evan Smith will host a discussion with Reps. Donna Howard (D-Austin) and Giovanni Capriglione (R-Southlake) about their open government initiative.
