The We Media conference brings together newspaper, online and broadcast journalists,  entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and social thinkers to talk about the latest media developments. Now three years old, previous meetings have been held in London, San Francisco and New York. This grant supports the 2007 We Media: Miami conference, whose theme will be building and improving community. The project aims to encourage help about 300 participants learn how to use new forms of media to improve the lives of people where they live and work. The meeting aims to encourage new partnerships and projects.
