To increase access to information on jobs, technology and entrepreneurship in rural communities
This project will provide information on jobs and entrepreneurship to communities in rural Puerto Rico, where the unemployment rate is about 40 percent. Organizers will share tips on how to create jobs, get permits and manage projects, among other topics, either online or through texting and other mobile technologies.
