To provide opportunities for hundreds of underserved residents to join Philadelphia's growing apps development community
Each year, the 10-15 community fellows chosen to continue in the program throughout the year will devise at least one app per year that is marketable. By the conclusion of project the studio will create 30-45 experienced developers and a total of 300 urban millennials who will understand how to create and use mobile applications, devices and social media for community engagement.
