To establish an investigative news channel on YouTube

The Center will manage the channel by coordinating the aggregation and production of content. YouTube will provide access to the platform and back-end support, will promote the channel and will train the Center and its partners in digital video production. Knight grantee The Investigative News Network will recruit new partners to the project; develop the system for distributing revenue earned from advertising; and coordinate agreements regarding rights and legal liability.

The grant will result in a YouTube channel devoted to investigative reporting.
