Building and implementing a strategic plan for Horticulture, Education, and Research programs to carry out the mission of the institution. Providing direction for new buildings and infrastructure. Developing and implementing budgets, policies, and administrative procedures. Ensuring that the horticultural exhibits, collections, and interpretation are maintained at the highest standard.
