Jennifer Yeung is a Virtual and Instruction Services librarian at The Seattle Public Library (SPL). She has also worked in academic libraries. For the past fourteen years at SPL, she has worked in the Information Technology department and moved through various reference units. Her background includes a Masters in Library Science as well as a Masters in Telecommunications Management. Currently she is responsible for coordinating the library's system-wide public instruction for adults. She works with a team of librarians and library associates to plan and schedule computer, job and life skill classes for our 27 locations.
