Anne Neville

California - Anne Neville

Anne Neville is director of the California Research Bureau where she and her team develop non-partisan research for the Legislature and Governor. As part of the California State Library’s leadership team, she works to connect libraries to broadband and to expand use of government data. Previously, she directed the State Broadband Initiative at the National Telecommunications & Information Administration (NTIA) at USDOC. 

Nevada – Daphne DeLeon

Ms. Daphne DeLeon serves as the Division Administrator/State Librarian for the Nevada State Library, Archives & Public Records.  She is an active member of the Chief Officers of State Library Agencies (COSLA) and Western Council of State Libraries. Ms. DeLeon has been a member of the Academy of Certified Archivists and Society of American Archivists since 1998.

Washington - Will Saunders

Wilford (“Will”) Saunders, Program Manager - Open Data, State of Washington Office of the CIO. Will brings more than a decade of experience in the information and communications technology field to the state's Open Data efforts.  Most recently, Saunders has been the state's lead for Economic Development in the ICT sector.
