A Knight Foundation-funded Christian Science Monitor project is exploring the 2008 presidential campaign through the lens of 11 communities meant to represent distinct types of voter groups. Ann Arbor was selected to represent a group described as "campus and careers," and we're happy to help out. A query from the Monitor's from Dante Chinni, a Michigan native who's directing the project "Patchwork Nation" reporting project.
