Liz Pearson

Liz Pearson has been with the Miami-Dade Public Library System as a librarian specializing in services for children, young adults and adults for 28 years. She is currently the Branch Manager of the Main Library located in downtown Miami, supervising services such as business reference, patent and trademarks searches, government documents and the foundation center collection

Alisha Latham has been with the Miami-Dade Public Library System for over eight years. As a librarian, Ms. Latham worked primarily with teens, discovered her love for young adult novels, and had the wonderful opportunity as part of a three-person committee to create, develop and implement a grant-funded young adult writer-in-residence program.

Andres Martins has been a Reference Librarian at the Miami-Dade Public Library System’s Main Library for over two years and is the supervisor of the system’s Foundation Center Funding Information Network collection.

Melinda Ann Meyer is a librarian with Miami Dade Public Library System since 2006, working primarily with teens. She has served as a team member to create innovative teen programs for all of Miami-Dade Public Library system’s 49 libraries

Ricci Yuhico is the Acquisitions Librarian for the system, where she facilitates material ordering and collection development for system-wide.
